I bet its more than 1 in 8000. I was just prescribed it two days ago for sleep and both nights so far i woke up because i sleep on my stomachache alot and well you know. So i took care of the issue and a couple hours later it was back again. Just not as intense. Most guys probably dont admit that they are experiencing this side affect. For me its not really a big deal. The trazodone still helps me sleep really well and its like an antidepressant on top of it. This whole erection thing is like a side effect with benefits.

From my experience with Mirtazapin the tapering worked like this: Every 2-4 weeks reduce the dosage by 10% of the original dosage Example: original dosage 30mg, First 2 weeks i took 27mg, next 2 weeks 24mg, next 2 weeks 21mg, next 18mg, next 15mg, next 12mg, next 9mg, next 6mg and finally for the last 2 weeks 3mg. After 2 weeks 0mg until now. For me was reducing by 10% enough every 2 weeks, to adapt to a lower dosage without heavy side effects.

Seem to haooy to be talkig about this. When gaba receptors take up This benzo or another, the brain eventually needs it to calm. This includes all nervous system functions. I was diagnosed with Dysautonomia, POTS and so so much more after taken it for years. I was in tolerance forbyears and did not know it. 2 year taper 20 mg dowj to 1 mg now. I cant wait until its over. Dependence can take place over 2 to 4 weeks. Eventually, theae meds stop working. I never had anxiety until I started the benzo. And ao mn other herh issues. Be aware Be cautious 🩵

Have you done due diligence and researched Mirtazapine and its effects on some of extreme anger/rage and even violence? I’ve had the problem and in a 5 minute search I found about 100 examples of lives turning into a nightmare scenario when taking this drug. Most are from the UK, which makes sense when you consider the FDA and NIH are deeply in bed with big pharma. So your little video only serves to make these people feel they are defective and at fault for the symptoms this drug is producing in them. These are not adolescents. There is no warning from the manufacturer. Please do a deep dive and find out for yourself

She has obviously never taken any of this sh*t herself, just has the book learning to push the drugs as part of her job. It is awful, with side effects that don't even happen in nature.... namely dry mouth, extra-pyramidal effects, akathisia. Truly awful poison. Don't ever be persuaded to take this stuff imo.

When will the nonsense end ??? The article that was published in Nature in 2022 emphatically put a fork in the serotonin hypothesis of depression yet we still have the medical gas lighting going on. HERE IS THE REAL GUIDE TO SSRIs…they are expensive placebo pills that bring no real significantly measurable response . Plus these meds were actually approved in 6 week clinical trials (Prozac) yet NOW the fairy tale is that they don’t “kick in” for 6 to 8 weeks ! Is there any hope for those of us trying to get off? I'm on 1 mg x4 daily for a long time. It does not interfere with me at all. It just keeps me alive basically. I'm so worried about weaning off it. Wish I never got on it.

The side effects are the reason I take this drug sometimes to relax and catch up on much needed rest and sleep.. it’s a good send you just have to know your body low your limits and do not take daily for more then 2 weeks

Recently started on Bupropion 150mg the last 6 days for depression. No hx of anxiety or low energy, although I do drink energy drinks to function 12 hour shifts at the hospital. This medication made me super sleepy, stomach cramps, and diarrhea the first couple of days. I exercise and box regularly, so I have no issues with my weight. If these initial side effects dont go away, i might just stop it. These stomach problems are not worth it.

I LOVED PAXIL. It worked like a dream for my anxiety. The only issue I had with it was it isn’t good for libido. Other than that, it was perfect for me. Didn’t have withdrawal problems tapering down to start another SSRI.
